We’re recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a thriving business in Blackburn. This is a unique opportunity to work as a key business partner across two organisations, taking full ownership of the finance function and playing a crucial role in shaping financial strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Producing and managing all aspects of the accounts
• Business partnering across both organisations to support growth and decision-making
• Providing financial insight and leadership to key stakeholders
• Managing and maintaining financial records using Sage
• Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance
• Working closely with budget holders

What We’re Looking For:

• CIMA or ACCA or ACA qualified 
• A confident, proactive finance professional with strong leadership skills
• Proven experience in a similar stand-alone finance role
• Excellent business partnering skills – able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience using Sage
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
