Senior Management Accountant

This role will involve:

• Leading and managing a team of three to ensure strong performance across finance roles
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including routine journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Oversee daily cash postings, rebate accounts, and weekly cash reporting
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, analysing variances, and supporting decision-making
• Collaborate with operational managers to gather KPI data and drive business improvements
• Manage nominal coding of invoices and maintain accurate ledger records
• Support year-end financial statement preparation and fixed asset register maintenance
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial statements

Your profile:

• Part-qualified or studying CIMA (or equivalent) with a results-focused mindset
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while working at pace
• Advanced Excel proficiency and a creative approach to data visualization and reporting
• Previous management experience with strong leadership and communication skills

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with free parking available.
