If so, we invite you to join us for 12 months as a Service Desk Coordinator. This role will be covering a period of maternity leave and is starting in March. Duties include:

  • Coordinate planned maintenance and remedial works with clients and engineers, ensuring timely completion within KPI deadlines.
  • Manage engineering diary effectively, considering geographical locations and required skillsets.
  • Provide risk assessments and method statements for planned maintenance activities.
  • Address emergency callouts promptly within specified KPIs.
  • Handle aborted scheduled visits, including cost assessment for clients.
  • Manage client portfolio, attending meetings as needed to uphold positive relationships.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Perform general administration duties and maintain communication for cost-saving labour use and operational efficiencies, optimising revenues and margins.

Your Profile:

  • Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software.
  • Excellent written, oral, and numerical communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as required.
  • Understanding of basic financial principles and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, especially under short notice.
