Senior Finance Business Partner

Do you enjoy working closely with senior leaders and using commercial insight to influence business decisions?

I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing, private equity-backed business that’s investing in its finance function and looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. This is more than a reporting role. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, providing commercial insight, challenging thinking and helping improve business performance. Just as importantly, you’ll be joining a business with an excellent culture. The finance team is collaborative, well structured and genuinely supportive, with the flexibility and autonomy to do your best work.

The Role

• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge and influence to improve business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams.

About You

You’ll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role. Commercially minded, you’ll enjoy building relationships across the business and turning financial information into meaningful insight that supports better decisions. You’ll be confident working with senior leaders, influencing where appropriate and adding value beyond the numbers. Experience within a software or SaaS business would be advantageous, although candidates from other fast-paced, commercially focused organisations are equally encouraged to apply.
